Seven Islands Villa is situated in the small village of Korianna, Spartia, on the charming Greek island of KEFALONIA . It sits in its own private olive grove, facing the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, and overlooks the pretty Kefalonian countryside and the sea. It is in just the perfect spot, to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Behind the villa are mature olive groves, with views to the mountains, where you will see the Venetian castle of St. George, which illuminates the Kefalonian skyline by night, which is often simply awash with stars.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned, appealingly furnished and decorated and have French doors onto either a terrace or balcony allowing gorgeous views to be equally enjoyed from each room. Externally you will find a wealth of space in which to relax in the sunshine; within the gardens an inviting private pool. Shady private corners for some quiet reading and relaxing – There’s an outdoor shaded dining area, and BBQ close by. Parking for up to 3 cars.
The villa is privately owned and has been lovingly designed and furnished. It has given us, and our friends lots of pleasure and cherished holiday memories. The level of furnishing and equipment reflects our high standards. We hope you will find it home from home – just as we do!
Beautiful Villa Gardens
The gardens at Seven Islands are private, with sweeping lawns scented with rose and lavender flower beds and some garden herbs for the kitchen. You will find shady area’s under the olive trees, offering peace and tranquility, with views to the sea. The olive grove beyond is left as nature intended, with wild flowers and grasses. The terrace and lawns are all on one level. There is a large swimming pool (55 sq. meters) with Roman steps, and an extensive terrace, which is well equipped for life outdoors, Outdoor furniture includes a large wooden table & chairs for dining Al fresco, and a selection of sun loungers and chairs with parasols. A barbecue is located in the garden.
Stunning Kefalonia Beaches
Less than five minutes away is the secluded bay of Kleismata, also known as Paliolinos beach which is perfect for a cool dip in the beautiful clear waters of the Ionian sea. Spartia beach is only a short drive away too, with its charming little jetty with the local fishing boats and two lovely sandy bays. The fishermen will take you out on a sail around the headland and the small coves if they are not too busy. There is a very good fish restaurant by the beach. Less than ten minutes drive from the villa in the other direction is the blue flag beach of Avithos with its long and sandy beach with shower facilities and a couple of good tavernas both of which are open during the season at lunchtime and in the evening. There are also excellent beaches nearby at Trapezaki and Lourdas. A selection of water sports are available at Lassi Beach. Further afield are Antisamos Beach, Myrtos, and Vouti – all within a 45 minute drive.
