The Villa

Seven Islands Villa is situated in the small village of Korianna, Spartia, on the charming Greek island of KEFALONIA . It sits in its own private olive grove, facing the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, and overlooks the pretty Kefalonian countryside and the sea. It is in just the perfect spot, to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Behind the villa are mature olive groves, with views to the mountains, where you will see the Venetian castle of St. George, which illuminates the Kefalonian skyline by night, which is often simply awash with stars.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned, appealingly furnished and decorated and have French doors onto either a terrace or balcony allowing gorgeous views to be equally enjoyed from each room. Externally you will find a wealth of space in which to relax in the sunshine; within the gardens an inviting private pool. Shady private corners for some quiet reading and relaxing – There’s an outdoor shaded dining area, and BBQ close by. Parking for up to 3 cars.
The villa is privately owned and has been lovingly designed and furnished. It has given us, and our friends lots of pleasure and cherished holiday memories. The level of furnishing and equipment reflects our high standards. We hope you will find it home from home – just as we do!
Ground Floor
The living space is open plan, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, full oven, hob, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The washing-machine is located in the laundry room, where you will find ironing facilities. Highchair and stair gate, and a selection of children toys for the beach.
Over by the French windows is a large dining table which seats up to 8 with views of the pool and gardens. The comfortable lounge has views to the sea, and gardens. There is a smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player, and Sony Hifi for your entertainment. There is also a small library of books, DVDs and some board games. Off the lounge is a large comfortable ground-floor bedroom, with two smaller double beds, fitted wardrobe and drawer and an en-suite bathroom. French doors lead onto the terrace. The ground floor area and bedroom is suitable for disabled guests. For convenience, there is a ramp to the front entrance. The terrace and lawns are all on one level. WiFi is available throughout the villa.
Upstairs
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one twin with an en suite shower room and a large private balcony with beautiful views to the sea, countryside and mountains. The double bedroom has an en-suite with the luxury of a corner tub with shower and has a large balcony overlooking the pool and olive grove, with views to the sea and countryside. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Either of the upstairs bedrooms offers space for a baby cot.
